Shipping notes

*When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship out every Friday. Please allow 5-7 buisness days for your order to process and ship. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped (please check your spam folder if not received).

*Does my order come with tracking?

Yes, all order include tracking (USPS, FedEx, and UPS).

*When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-7 business days for domestic delivery (once shipped) within the US. International delivery times vary and can take anywhere from 7 to 60 business days.

*For orders that haven’t arrived after the general wait time:

Please send an e-mail to Orders[at]SamanthaViolette.com with your order number so I can look into the matter, and resolve the issue for you.

*For returned orders:

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or otherwise, you may pay for additional shipping and handling to have it re-shipped to you; or you may be refunded the amount for your order minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.

*Refunds/Exchanges/Replacements:

All sales are FINAL.

If you receive the wrong order please send an e-mail to Orders[at]SamanthaViolette.com with your order number so you may be issued a refund or sent a replacement. You may be required to provide a photo as proof of the error.

I am not responsible for damages or missing orders caused by transit. Please verify shipping address and security of delivery location (mail theft) at time of ordering.

*How are items packaged:

Small prints and non-framed original artwork are packaged in clear plastic cello bags with chipboard inserts and mailed in padded envelopes. Framed original artwork is shipped in boxes with paper and/or bubble wrap padding. Poster size artworks are shipped rolled in a plastic bag and triangular packing tube. In an effort to be eco-friendly, items may ship in reused envelopes and boxes.

*Is your packaging recyclable?

Recyclable and eco-friendly packaging is used whenever possible. I encourage the reuse of shipping packing and envelopes that may not be directly recyclable for your own future shipments.

Commissions

Requests for a private commissions (of any medium, including photography) may be made via EMAIL to Info[at]SamanthaAshleyViolette.com and I will reply as soon as possible. Currently my schedule for commissions is limited, however, feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss your ideas/vision or have any questions. Respectfully - I reserve the right to decline any commission.

I am happy to collaborate and work on joint projects (of any medium, including photography). If you would like to discuss a collaboration please reach out via EMAIL to Info[at]SamanthaAshleyViolette.com with any pertinent project info. Likewise, requests for licensing an existing image for promotional or merchandising purpose may be sent via EMAIL to Info[at]SamanthaAshleyViolette.com.
